So today was day 5. I don't think I can keep doing this it's just a constant repeat of get to the end of the week , stressed , find a way to relax and relapse... It just feels right the tension release. I'm so annoyed though. From now to the end of November I'm going to try to not do it once. If I fail at this I think I may quit as I've been trying for like 4 months now... If I masturbate once a week is this still bad?

Keep this in mind: If you were to relapse every other day, you would be fapping 50% less!! Not bad. You will be successful if you don't give up! Lifelong journey brother. Learn from the relapse and it will not be failure.

The fact that your actions are no longer automatic will ultimately give you the chance to stop PMOing for good. You are way ahead of the the game. Don't get frustrated! It is not helpful. Rather journal around the event. Why did it happen? What were you doing minutes before? hours before? days before? How was your diet? Were you exercising? Were you engaged in doing things you enjoy? etc. Dig deep with each relapse. It is an incredible opportunity to learn about yourself and ultimately grow stronger and become the warrior you intend to be. Head up! Stay strong.

Not as bad as every day! If you need to work up to the 90 day goal in smaller steps, then by all means do so! Multiple streaks in a row still has a positive effect on you. For instance, if you have 9 10-day streaks, then you will on the whole have more testosterone in your system than if you had 18 5-day streaks. A single relapse doesn't quite remove all the progress you've made, but the aim is to not PMO at all, hence why you still reset your counter.

Any improvement is a good improvement! Good luck!

I know the feeling all too well. I've had around 5 streaks of 4-7 days each and am determined to put an end to this once and for all. One thing I have learned is that it is soooo easy to relapse, between the ease of searching for anything on the internet and our own thoughts. I've done fairly okay with the internet part, but the thoughts are what is making it hard for me. I have to keep reminding myself that I can't have them anymore, which is foreign to my brain because I've had them for 10 + years, but each day I don't give into the urge I get stronger.

Just don't give up and as taqwa has said, even if you're relapsing you're doing it much less than you were before nofap.

If you use pmo for a stress relief (as I did), you just have to find other, healthier ways to cure it. Self medication with pmo is one of the worst things we can do to ourselves and that's one of the major take aways we have to learn through this journey.

Another minor thing I find helpful too is to break down my streak into smaller sections, so instead of 90 days I'm starting with 7 and then 14 and so on. It makes it seem less daunting and it makes me feel good seeing the green bar almost full.

    Stay strong, and be amazing!

Relapsing is not a failure unless you fail to learn from it and get stronger. Build on your small successes. Yes, cutting back is better than fapping constantly, but cutting it out is the goal. The key for me was learning to find things to love and enjoy in not fapping. I enjoyed my libido, I enjoyed my morning wood, I enjoyed my urges... I enjoyed them all (and still do) more than I enjoyed fapping with all of its baggage, which made not fapping an easier choice. I also now enjoy the motivation, the confidence, the self-mastery, the fat loss, the muscle gain, the sense of accomplishment, etc. (all of the benefits); but those don't begin to kick in until you're a few weeks in. Meanwhile, you've got to find smaller things to love about not fapping wherever you can.
