Whats up folks, this is my 100 day post. I did one before on 90 days but i'll update you guys what's changed over the past 10 days.

I've started to let go of NoFap, just getting busier and busier with life! I have been to a jobs fair and made a great impression on companies looking to hire. I played table tennis with an awesome girl there and I was able to give out a lot of 'penetrative' eye contact. I gave one girl so much eye contact that I could see her eyes watering a bit :p was a fun event!

I've also started to notice more opportunities coming my way, chance encounters are happening. I'm being more successfully social with people and i'm starting to have fun again after a long time! It pays to be planned an precise with your work. I'd say use nofap as a catalyst to get things done in your life you can enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Social anxiety is a thing of the past, I used to think about what the person would think of me when I'd talk to them, now I don't. I focus on the content of the conversation, I regard myself with some esteem. I feel like I can approach and talk to anyone, I'm not rude in any way, im polite, I speak with a deep voice and give attention to the person talking...in other words, I feel more mature and capable.

I've never been this productive before, I'm a student of the creative industry and the ideas are flowing! My relations with people are fun.

Psychologically after you reach 90 you stop thinking about the streak so much, it becomes second nature to stay on nofap. I will start looking for a girlfriend soon, while I'm still in university i'll take all the opportunities I can.

thanks for reading, It's true what they say about the challenge. It'll transform your life, but you need to be doing things that'll contribute to your wellbeing and goals while you do this challenge.

  2. Great man! Congratulations.. I'm too happy to read this.. unfortunately, I relapsed after 45 days and couldn't see any great benefits.. but I'm back on track now and looking forward to go beyond 90 days..
I've one question for you though. Tell me something about how do you manage your social media.. or Facebook! I'm having a hard time dealing with it. I need it to some extent to stay in touch with fellow budding athletes and friends. But still I would love to get some tips from someone who has successfully managed to fix his life.. this might be irrelevant to post here, but maybe you can give some tips or just a point of view..
Cheers on making it to a 100! :)

No problem mate. First of all congrats on reaching 45 days! that's commendable, its no easy feat. I deleted my facebook, twitter and instagram profiles. Social media is a real drain of your time, unless you are actually using it for what its for. I deleted my facebook profile for about 2 months until I reactivated it to see what was happening in a group for my degree course at university. My Twitter is gone - i made a new one recently for professional work (i'm a graphic designer). You could push people to use whatsapp, tell them you're off facebook! I used to upload things to it regularly, now I keep it very minimal, I have a simple profile picture and whatnot - I dont use it obessively.

If you find yourself checking social media out of unconscious habit you should delete them and refocus your sights on something that's going to benefit you. I downgraded my phone to a basic smartphone, because its not feature heavy i dont have a problem not using it compulsively.

The best way to 'fix' your life is to control your health, exercise, rest/ meditation, good food.
To control your school or professional life. Stay on top of things.
Do things when you gotta do it.
Don't listen to people who have destructive habits too much!

Be committed to keeping healthy habits, meditation is a MUST for me.

    Hope this helps!

Hey man, I wanna ask you something. In all those days were you straightforward and direct with a woman. I don't mean flirting, eye contact etc. but actually going and saying "hey I like you let's go out" or something of the sort. And has nofap made it easier for you to do it, if you have. I ask this because I relapsed early this morning before a test - the stress was high and i was feeling depressed because there's a girl I like and I feel inferior and undeserving. I did 12 days which is the longest in my life and still felt like shit overall. I do exercise, meditate and try improve myself in every way. of course I am not perfect in my discipline but making slow progress. I do also feel more social after a few days with everyone I meet, but when it comes to pulling the trigger and taking a risk with a woman I feel like 100 days even won't matter. So please do share your thoughts and experiences.

I haven't openly asked a girl out like that - i might do that tomorrow actually. But for me I'm building my confidence in talking to people and having a good time which is what matters most to me right now. NoFap will make it easier for you to do so. Things are gradual in change, you'll start to feel better, you'll talk more, you'll find it easier to converse with people. You'll start noticing things you like about a girl. That will start to grow...you'll be into her and not her looks so much. You'll connect on a deeper level. If you remember one thing let it be this. While you do nofap - your mind will try and convince you of every possible scenario to get you to pmo but dont do it. Write this down a piece of paper if you have to, meditate it away.

I have started to feel like a KING. I'm one of a few, we're some of a few people taking hold of our sexuality and not being a slave to societies expectations. Working out will grow your confidence, meditate, eat right and stay on nofap. Take on a goal bigger than you an work toward it everyday. Get rid of things that dont serve you. You'll awaken the giant within you.

I can look at the hottest girl in the room and talk to her. Who is she? her body is a mere shell - who she is is more valuable to me than anything. You're a MAN dammit! I believe you can do it, because if I can than so can you. If people can go a year without it than so can you. Stay FOCUSSED on your GOALS - the rest will fall into place.

Like my friend, Andy Dufraene, you have to swim through a river of shit to get to the soap on the other side.
