8 MONTHS LATER, IT'S LIKE GETTING OUT OF HELL!

    Fellow Fapstronaunts,
    Today is day 240 or 8 Months. My life has totally changed.

    I am no longer Lonely. I enjoy going out with friends, playing and so much more. I take long walks with friends. My social anxiety is gone.

    Physically, I have lost fat and trimmed up. I am experiencing more hairgrowth. My skin is Soft like a baby's skin. I nowadays take cold showers everyday.

    My relationship with Girls had greatly Improved. There was one girl who used to hate me like Shit! She came and called me. We had a brief conversation. She was smilling throughout.

    Another girl who was my school mate came to my home. She asked for my number. I gave her. We took a long walk to her home. Her sister was insisting that I should get in their house. I refused. I gave her a hug and came back home. It has really been long since I did something like that.

    I am not going to list my results here because I don't want to here someone say, "psssss. Just this usuall benefits everyone list" Lol.

    240! Wow that's fantastic. I've quit alcohol (easy as pie) and tobacco ( brutally hard) and this is much closer to quitting smoking difficult. Thanks for your inspiration. 40 years of PMO isn't going away overnight.
