Count me in, brother! Porn doesn't even exist to me anymore, I killed it with my own hands (deleted 100 GBs of Porn, installed Internet blockers) 8 days ago so I can do this, we all can!!

I'll start a journal, great idea. Feel free to come read it on my profile! ;)

I love your energy, you will make it through this! For me, today is day 365 since I quit P, but every day, is day 1 of the rest of your life, so decide to make it an epic one!

I have found that I am still looking at porn every now and then(twice today), which in not ideal but the positive is that I am not relapsing like I have been in the past so while I am not perfect , it is getting better.

    Onto day 5

Hello fellow Fapstronauts! Today (payday!) I went out and bought some Whey protein powder from the GNC, after this post I'll do 25 pushups and situps. Tomorrow I will begin charting out a scheduled diet and exercise routine. I liked what @thomasnl said about changing my focus, so every time I get the urge to masturbate or watch porn I'll do some sort of exercise, hopefully this is an efficient way to change my habit! (And get ripped!) So I have a question for you guys, what are some of the goals you want to reach in life that you feel fapping has been holding you back from? For example I want to be able to be confident around people in general but especially the opposite sex and I feel like my excessive fapping has held me back from a healthy sex life and over all communication with women(and social interaction in general) But I noticed that when I've gone just two weeks without any masturbation porn or orgasm, that I've felt SUPER CHARGED, CONFIDENT, & HORNY!! lol It feels good to feel horny! Instead of forcing a boner.. That's another HUGE goal of mine

Don't be so hard on yourself man! The overall idea is progress! Don't watch porn! Your just setting yourself up bro! It's like we tell ourselves "porn isn't bad, I'm not masturbating so it's okay" but it's really just foreplay! For alot of us, it's the main reason we started fapping in the first place! Don't let that small bit of seemingly harmless temptation get the best of you!

I have made a rule where I am not taking my iPad upstairs at all because I know it will lead to porn then relapse.

Thx mustsucced you made some great points because a couple of days ago I looked at naked girls, which lead to porn. You can see how it went, so I am going hard mode now I think it's the only way to do it. Also I have just made the counter which is good because it give a visual progress which I like

Go Elliot, you can do this.
    And you are being brave!

    Personal note: Day three.
When I am doing other stuff there isn't a problem. When I am feeling bored or starting to feel bored. Then my thoughts go wandering off.
I decided going outside is the answer. It is freezing here, so should work haha.

@Elliot Brown No one here is going to spell out and spoon feed what you should do. You need to educate yourself, read other people's posts, learn everything there is to know about porn addiction. Once you become educated, that should lead to motivation. Use that motivation to quit porn for a few days and use that motivation to develop good habits in the long run. Asking questions are fine. But asking frantically, "WHAT DO I DO?????" is like asking a teacher how to do well on the final when you haven't opened the textbook all semester.

... and then three hours later you relapse.

A lot of people on the forums tell us that in the case of a relapse, don't keep dwelling in guilt, learn from your mistakes and be open about it.
I hope you've learned that watching P might (/may/could/will) cause relapse.
Even if you could watch P without going PMO, you're still lusting over visual fantasies, you're still objectifying women. Neither of those will do you any good.
I disagree with @Dawod that you should act like it hasn't happened or count it as a relapse. Abstaining from P while still MOing to the memories of it is cheating.
In my own case, I stopped P, MO and PMO, as well as Psub and edging. I am married, so I do make love to my wife (occasionally, since we have a little baby there is very little opportunity). My current struggle is thinking about another girl, I don't keep a counter for the latter.

Base line for noFap is; if you think it might be a reset/relapse, count it as one.
