I'm In guys and girls only discovered the site last night, never knew this was such a widespread issue very re-assuring to see so many people in the same boat my girlfriend is in her last few months of University in another city and we move into a house together in June so want to get my head straight for then.

Since I started PMOing at 15 the Images and videos have become increasingly harder and more degrading to women and its effecting the way I look at women in normal life and its also effecting the way I Interact sexually with my girlfriend we don't have "normal" frequent sex anymore.

I'm deffo going to go for a porn free April, I will try desperately for NoFap too but that will take some serious self discipline. As for Hard mode... no chance I think the only way I can get through this is to look forward to the couple of weekends that I will spent with my girlfriend in April.

I'm not in a relationship at the moment and haven't actually had a stable relationship for a few years.
