Im a 19 year old guy. I have been doing M from the age of 14. And now I want to get rid of it. The longest i could abstain myself from it is 9 days. PMO is the worst thing happened to my life... Yeah i regret that 'one' day.
But its never too late.So I commit myself for a 90 day NoFap challenge. NOFAP, here i come along with all my troubles, hoping to get rid of them.
DAY 1: So that was pretty easy,as it has always been, the first day. No urges whatsoever. But a bigger challenge awaits me.But Im ready to face it..

It is worth it. I have done 20-30 days then give in or get stressed and my best run was 62 days whereby I walked upstairs to do some ironing and instead of going to the ironing pile I walked into my bedroom and MO. Totally out of the blue

It is worth it. I feel euphoric when im not trapped

    Hey Lifesabeach
I'm in the same situation as you. Also 19 years and I started around the same age as you. If you like we could team up and support each other, to help us both reach the freedom from porn and masturbation. Just send me a message here on Nofap and we can figure something out.

Get informed. Develop rituals. I leave my cell phone out of the bathroom always in the same place. Stay attached to your pourpose and do not lose connection with anti porn communities and media. Save this forum in you favorites and if you are tempted, read what this shit did -and does- to us. It is ruining lives. No mercy, no discussions.

You decided to start, you are a hero. If you succeed, a super hero.
    stay strong, peace to you.

If someone is young and wants to do this then go for it and get your life and live it. I was 37 when I saw the issues but I do not want any more of my life wasted on this.

I once worked out that on average how much time I spent daily x weeks, months and years I had spent on MO and PMO it came to around 2 and a half years lost to this.

Absolutely true.... But PMO is a big big villain.. And we have to destroy the demons residing inside us, which is undoubtedly the most difficult task in this world. But together we all can make it possible.. Cheers...

Yep. If I worked out that I did it daily and maybe from 1-3 hours a day from the age of 10 to 37 its about 2 1/2 years.

Thats the spirit! although i would advise you not to treat this as a battle, because you never really "win". There isnt really a point at which we can say "I made it" because we dont stop living at that moment, life goes on. And for as long as we live well be surrounded by new temptations and have urges. But what gets easier with time is being able to resist those urges, it becomes easier to shake it off. This is a life long journey. But this process will definitely make you stronger and youll learn a lot about yourself and the world.
Hang in there bud. Best of luck.

That frustration can be turned into motivation and it's not a losing battle. The addiction is telling you it's hopeless so please don't listen

I would consider it as win when Im so strong so as to resist 99.9% of the urges.

Good job! Remember tomorrow is also day 1 and so is the day after that. No matter how long your streak of nofap is, always fight your urges like you are on day 1.

That is the problem actually. After a day or so, the motive behind the mission begins to get foggy, and we are disillusioned and played upon by our mind.My willpower becomes weak after a day or so.But Thanks for the motivation....
