I'm new. Really need some support!

    I've known about NoFap for a long time. I thought I could do it alone but after failing and relapsing on my habit about 5 times now I really need serious support. I'm only 22 and I can't seem to get hard without porn. I don't even get full erections anymore. I've recently entered a new relationship which is a serious catalyst for me deciding that I really need aid.

    Welcome. Read a lot of this forum. You can find a way to get past the addiction here. Start with small goals and move forward. When you get urges and triggers come to the forum instead of porn and read. It will help.

    very similar situation bud. man when i have my strong urges i remember the disappointment and embarrassment that comes with remaining flaccid in an intimate encounter.

    I haven't tried to engage with my new girlfriend sexually yet. I'm kinda lucky that she wants to take things slowly and is kinda shy. But I'm really afraid that the time for me to man up is gonna come in a few months and I won't be able to perform because I think I'm in love.
