I'm going to give my honest opinion.

The girl obviously said that because you had a muscular body and looked sexy.

IF NoFapChallenge made you go to the gym ( or just go more often ), you can indirectly that "NoFapChallenge made a girl notice me"

BUT If you think NoFapChallenge had nothing to do with your gym routine, in my opinion, it wouldn't change anything.

I see people saying that after abstinance they say " girls notice me more". What i really think is that, since they are more aware, more confident ( because of no PMO ), they actually notice girls noticing them. Does that make sense ? XD Like, if the only thing i do is PMO, i would be probably ashamed of looking girls in the eyes, so i would show fear. BUT IF i don't PMO, i would be confident, look girls in the eyes, and notice how they look at me. They would have always noticed you, but now they could see a "new you"

But in conclusion there are 2 possibilities ( in my opinion )

- Did NoFap make you go to the gym more ? If so, NoFap ( indirectly ) made that girl "notice you"

- Did NoFap had nothing to do with your gym routine ? I'm sorry, that girl just said that because of your powerful body

 

It's probably because you're more confident in yourself now. I am convinced that girls are more attractive to the way a man carries himself than how he looks. Since you're feeling a sense of victory now that you've gone a few days without PMO, it's probably boosted your confidence in a small way. You may also be more confident because you feel like you have less to hide. Personally, I used to get hit on by women a ton (I'm not bragging). I frequently had women coming up to me asking me for my number, sometime they would ask me only a few minutes after they had just met me. However, a number of things have happened in my life (including a terrible relapse back into PMO), and I haven't caught a girl checking me out in months. I haven't been hit on in over a year, and it is because I have lost every ounce of the confidence I once had in myself. Confidence makes you far more noticeable to women, and even men will be more interested in hanging around you and talking to you (gay and straight).
