One Dangerous trick that helped me today......

    I was going through some unbearable withdrawals today and was on verge of fapping. There were porn flashbacks but since I made porn unavailable everywhere I was still looking for stimulus in real life by ogling at girls and women and it felt like I would give up today but helped me was something that you wouldn't expect: Edging.

    I did it on purpose because in the past I have tried this trick and it seemed to work but it's also extremely dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. I edged until I was about to blow out and stopped. I felt my sperm leaving my balls into the urethra but stopped as soon as I was about to ejaculate. Surprising, my mind tricked into thinking that I have fapped and so it calmed down like I had relapsed.

    My main problem is porn so edging isn't something that I often do. If your problem is masturbation may be this will not work. I only tried because I was on a verge of relapsing and the withdrawals were making hard to breathe.

    So practice this at your own risk. I just posted it because it helped me overcome those brutal urges and withdrawals. Again, I assume this would only help if you have those unending porn flashbacks and withdrawals.

    if u "Edge" the urge at that point is at the highest peak causing u to disregard the nofap and just finishing.. so your method makes no sense

    It did to me. You don't ejaculate all the way. You stop as soon you are about to ejaculate. I didn't want to masturbate but the porn withdrawals were out of control, so I had to try that out or else I would have relapsed and binged afterwards.
     
  4. This is like giving meth addict a little bit of meth to calm down withdrawal symptoms. I do believe it's like taking two steps forward and one step backwards tho. You are feeding some of bad pathways in the brain that you wanna get rid of by doing this. But hey, if it keeps you from relapsing fully then great. Whatever works for you man.

    I've tried this many times using the same thinking and always had the same results. Didn't work for me as I would give into the urge more often, and, eventually give into the urge to orgasm. Hope it works for you.

    Not quite though since after doing that I didn't feel any chaser or cravings. It worked because I didn't let sperm leave my body but it did leave my balls. I feel normal today as if nothing like that happened. My main problem is porn; masturbation - not so much. If I can stay pornfree, I can avoid masturbation easily. Although I don't encourage to do that again. It's always the best to avoid triggers in first place.

    The trick is to do it consciously with focus. If you let yourself get carried away by pleasure, it can be difficult to stop. I believe one shouldn't try this if their main problem is fapping. I did it because I wanted to feel little bit better as porn withdrawals were sabotaging my mind and I was making plans to watch porn and relapse.
