    I'm on day 7, and just today i have started to notice benefits. i look more alive, and i'm feeling energetic. The main reason i'm doing this though is to get my boners back to optimal levels. Last few years it's been my hand forcing my dick oxygen, and even still, it's not rising to it's full potential like it did years ago. I'm trying to get back to teens, early twenties levels(i'm 29 btw).

    I took 3 to 6 months for me. I am 49. My boners are amazing now.

    ouch, that's a long time, but good that it worked out for ya. i just hope i get mine back, and i didn't do some irreversable damage to it somehow i'm not aware of.
