Allow me to join you .. It's my day 1 just joined the forums
i will post every day and hopefully i will finish the 90 days challenge without a relapse.

 

Let's do it. I have not done anything like so far. Your post has inspired me to reboot for 90 days. This is my mount everest. I have just joined nofap. Hopefully all the motivation will help me get through 90 days.

Day 24... I struggled a little bit yesterday but then was able to overcome and take control. It's great I was really needing porn yesterday and I kept trying to find ways to access them on my computer temporarily but I couldn't.

My mac did a really good job blocking them completely, I'm impressed and should probably work the same with windows. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links here but here goes: http://someonewhocares.org/hosts/. Check it out and learn how to do it. Insert those urls inside your hosts and a couple of other porn sites that you know and save them. After that, go download K9 and choose to block out the porn and suspicious category and lose the password. Unselect anything that will let you manage your K9 account when running into a blocked page and then delete all extra files such as exe files from your computer so that you can't uninstall it or request another password. This is working for me currently...and hope it helps anyone out a bit.

I only wish I could block out specific youtube videos because man it has a lot of garbage on there. I'm gonna keep trying to find a way to hack that thing. I'm willing to learn and become proficient to save myself from this hell.

Day 76

Im struggling with dreams with my EX I dont know how I can stop them. It is almost 4 months since the break up. Nevertheless Im not giving up and I will keep fighting my enemy PMO, i cant go back where I was. It is not an option anymore.

 

Day 6 - very easy, looks like I understood how to avoid urges. But the hardest time will come later.

so i have been watching P and M for more than 10 years some times multiple times a day so i am very addictive
to the point that it affected my social life , my performance in university because i am always distracted and as a programmer this is destroying me i need to be focused , and my confidence and self esteem .. not to mention that a lot of porn watching has taken its toll on me mentally .. so i need to have self discipline and regain control of my life and my self
