I agree, it is too short.
And because of this habit of watching P or M we betrayed our families too. The moments we can enjoy with our family to make it memorable, we waste it watching P.
Few days back in my sobriety, my mother was very happy. She knows nothing about this. But she was like you are looking too happy now days. No dark circle, very active. She was very happy with that. I couldn't tell her the real reason.
But deep inside me, I knew that she is right. If I am not watching it, or if I am not thinking about it, I feel very comfortable.
And I know that you all will agree with this. So guys, let's start again. To the P free life. To the Family.

The begin is always hard ^_^ , good luck and also remember to use ur time better ( no other addiction , no funny YT video all the time ) , to learn about nofap as much as u can ( to undertand why u do it ) , to have a good sleep ( i almost fail because i dont sleep enought , i was so bad ... ) , cold shower , try to dont procrastinate ( its the key , because go watch a porno is procrastinating ... u lose ur time ) , why not make some ''sport , musculation'' or try to learn something , read a little , do some sudoku

 

I am not sure which day this is. But, it seemed longer. Not because of anything else.. but I felt strongest of urges today to do P and M. Thank you for the awesomeness of Emergency button on nofap website. I used it almost half a dozen times today. From depression to relapse to emergency. I read, watched, laughed and finally got inspired after reading all the awesome posts and experiences of people. People who relapsed after 60-70-80 days. People who have shared all their wisdom on how to walk carefully on this slippery slope. May god bless and inspires all my fellow Fapstraonauts. I feel so lucky that I found this forum and this website. It is past 12 and I can see finally the long day is coming to an end. There were weaker moments, but I prevailed. This is bigger rush than getting high on P or M and I am totally liking this. Hopefully I will prevail in face of such storms in future. In the moment of weakness, I shall find my strength and wisdom.
