One with the Sun

I don't know why I chose to name this post "One with the Sun", mainly because it rhymes a little and it's interesting imagery, not much else. I'm 20 and I feel like I've spent too much time with porn and jacking off instead of connecting with people or doing something creative. This summer I've undergone a couple of challenges. I did 28 days of a very strict diet, I'm currently on day 24 out of 30 of a yoga challenge and I thought for July that I would try a No Jacking Off challenge. There have been certain times in my life where I randomly felt better about myself, more energy, got over obsessive crushes and just felt more open and more vulnerable to intimacy. I can't be sure if it was due to a lack of opportunity to masturbate but I decided this month before I have to go back to school that I would try it out, hoping that I can start my 4th year of university with a glowing openness to myself and more energy to do productive work. I didn't masturbate today and I was hoping to start on the first of July but there's no time like the present right? Here's to becoming one with the sun. Becoming a source of energy for yourself and for others around you. Okay ... the sun isn't a source of energy for itself but I think you get what I'm trying to get at.
