    Day 1

I have drawn my recovery plan as following:

1- What are my goals here? Which is quiting PMO
2- What are the warining signs that sobriety is in Jeopardy.
3- Positive rewards of maintaining Sobriety.

Lets end this enemy together and no matter what we should not give up.

Thanks for your support mate. We are a lot stronger together. Believe me I once was afraid to say that I failed it made me keep faping for 3 days, but when I posted immediatly it made me stronger.

Today I am alone at home and I am not allowing the PMO pleasure to hijack my thinking brain. i am in control with God help of course.

Bro that is the ultimate question that we all have, it is a paradox. The only light I could see is to build up activities which will leave u no time for PMO.

    Day 3

One evening an old Cherokee Indian was teaching his grandson about life - about a battle that goes on inside all people. He said, ‘My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.’The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: ‘Which wolf wins?’

The old Cherokee simply replied, ‘The one you feed.’

I'm pumped to complete the challenge. However it's uber important to make the days count, not just count days. Example. Are we moving forward? How are we spending our time? Are we helping others and being of some service. It must be infinitely deeper than just abstaining from a behavior.

I signed up for a 90 challenge. I didn't sign up to report my weekly relapse yet for a while on have. Guys, really envision what kind of man will be waiting for you at the finish line of the 90 day Challenge? Don't u want to find out? If not now then when? Wait til your 71 like someone I met on another website? God bless him! He could live til 91 and have the best 20 years of his life but why wait til you're that age? Think of the kind of man u will be at 90 days. See and feel the changes today. Of course life will always have struggle because that's how life is. However; we'll no longer be contributing to suffering and when tough times come we can face them as courageous noble men and not immediately stick our head in the sand and hands on our dicks.

  19. I will join you on this challenge!

I will have surpassed 23 days by tomorrow morning, and as I stated in a post elsewhere, I've been keeping track of the days going by using a clock on my phone. Being able to see the time go by has been a massive help in reminding me why I'm doing this, and seeing that number climb higher is rather encouraging.

I thought I was happy before, but I had to reflect and realized that I wasn't and that is why I'm undertaking the challenge. I want to be the best man that I can be.

To those of you who are undertaking the challenge, I wish you all the best.

@tori........get amped and excited for your life! Live with passion for something. If you don't know what that is find it. Get engaged and active! Gain momentum and be unstoppable. It can happen. I've seen it. Day 5 for me. I know a few guys that haven't pmo'd in well over a year. It's not about stopping a behavior as much as making a great life for yourself and helping others.
