had strong urge to watch porn last night but managed to abstain

    i had a very strong urge to watch porn last night. i had relapsed with respect to masturbation on saturday so i thought what the hell why not go on binge. however i didnt watch porn.

    at night though my eyes were tired i couldnt sleep n was anxious. i turned on my smart phone and the internet in it with the sole purpose of watching porn. but i didnt take the last step of google searching porn.

    thoughts that were in favor of watching porn: there are some good looking people in the porn world, very good looking who do stuff you enjoy watching.
    its not like you're having any fun in real life. go watch porn n get some dopamine
    come on. you've already binged. just watch it this sunday and then we'll start afresh tomorrow

    thoughts that were against watching porn: dont do it. you did it previous times when you relapsed. let it go and dont spoil the 1 week streak.

    but i am thinking that what's the point of nofap. i mean the there are some good looking people in the porn industry and its a pleasure to watch them do stuff.

    i have k9 but i sort of go into incognito mode whenever i want to watch porn.

    Yes, K9 is a good ally, if you keep consistent and leave the P block on all such sites, not unflagging exception sites visited in the past. I'm guilty as charged there on more than one occasion. Doing better.
