Things has been shit for me, relapses, skipping workout, procrastination ...
Overall I failed miserably on this challenge

If we grade ourselves, I passed with flying colours!

• My morning routine of meditation before breakfast and Horse Stance and Qigong before leaving the house in the morning is ROCK SOLID. Also not slacking off at all with the duration of morning and evening meditation.
• I finished The Navy SEAL Art of War: Leadership Lessons from the World's Most Elite Fighting Force and began
  The $100 Startup: Reinvent the Way You Make a Living, Do What You Love, and Create a New Future
• I'm feeling so confident and solid with my recovery I feel people running away from my presence on the forum. My reboot thread makes some people cry which is not my intention. Should I apologize for being too honest?
