Personally, I usually try to avoid immediately "invoking the NoFap.com Rules" except when/where truly necessary, and I'd also hope that others exercise similar restraint before potentially invoking the 'Report' mechanism, but -- for the record:

I reported @AllanTheCowboy. I warned him that he was flouting the rules. He ignored me, so I reported him and the moderator agreed and warned him that he is in breach of the rules. @IggyIshness was not trolling IMHO. That's all.
