I've got 1.5 months to go and then its a year since starting NoFap, so Aug & Sep are the final rehersal.

I'm new to this, and I'm in for August.
I'm 32, have been single for 5 years (after a very long term relationship) and have used porn a hell of a lot during that time. I'm now weird with women and don't do well with sleeping with them.
I'm hoping that abstaining for a month may give me positive sexual changes.
It will be hard, but if I can't do it I'll be so upset. It should be simple!

 

I'm in for this challenge, determined to succeed.

To me, July was a total mess and a let down! I will NOT fall for the bait to be lead to the same shadow that I've been in for too long.

Good day today. There was a section of the afternoon when I thought--"WHy not? It doesn't count. I'm tired and there's nothing else I'm going to get done." But I remembered the August goal and my accountability partners and decided to just rest. PMO was not an option. Had meetings in the evening and now home and ready for bed soon. Successful August 2. Question: How do you create the counter without signing up for a gmail account??

 

As I'm new here and starting out. I will be giving up P, 30 days then next month I'll add to it. Baby steps for me as I start this.
