Made it, and July 31 was my 400th day. Hit 401 around 5 pm or something.

Did relapse 2 times in total this month, but this was my best month since starting nofap.
I've got 1.5 months to go and then its a year since starting nofap, so Aug & Sep are the final rehersal.

And of course congratulation to everyone who has made it this month

Gaaah! understand the feeling. Early in each 30 day milestone, i'd ask myself, should I give myself an M session as a reward at the end of this? And as each 30 days arrived, I found the benefits of being PMO-free a greater reward in of themselves and redoubled the strength to carry on another 30 days. Just stack it up, day by day. And revisit often the reasons you have for joining NoFap!

  4. Yeah! Definitely!! Thank you @rave756 for support!

Wooooooooot! I made it! I'm very proud and I can already feel the benefits. I have spontaneous erections all the time now and I feel confident PIED won't be a problem next time I have sex so that makes me feel a lot more confident when flirting. I decided to continue my journey on the no porn no masturbation path because it's not that hard anymore and the benefits are worth it.

Congratulation everyone who made it and congratulation to all those who gave this a serious try even though some did relapse.... to try is already something good.

Wait up a minute! You did 1500! I know that might seem like a disappointment, but think about it.....You did 1500 pushups, when some people won't even do one!

I like your approach of stacking up NoFap milestones versus taking a break between those challenges. Haven't got to 30 days yet (I'm currently working on a 15-day challenge, but these kinds of posts are inspiring!

Congratulations!! Also liked the part of your post that emphasized the practice of building yourself while on the NoFap journey.

Congratulations to everyone that did the challenge and made it or relapsed. We are now more aware of the steps we need to continue this journey. '

    Thoughts after 30 days.
I think I started on July 4th because it felt like I needed a little Independence. Well I've made it to the 5th of August without PMO and although I don't feel completely independent and urges come up quite a bit still, I feel more free.
I think about the images and the stories I created in my head and it disgusts me. How did I put so much time into something that will get me nowhere except for a short "fake" pleasure.? I now feel ready to take the steps necessary to create a meaningful relationship instead of tricking my brain.
Alright, where's the 30 day August challenge? I;m in.
Thank you to my accountability partner, I'm not sure if I could have done it alone.
