    Eae,
I'm Aiyoshi, have 22 years old and live in Brazil and I am not fluent in english, sorry in advance.
Stopped studding when 14 due to depression and started using porn at aproxinatly the same time.
Around june of this year I've realized the damages of porn, tried to quit on my own and give up.
Around 10/22 I found my way back to the church and made me recover my internal conflict about porn, after that day I made 10 days without it but now I'm struggling with 2.
I want to return my studies, become healthier and overcome this addiction that suckis my confidence and my time.
If theres any way I can help, tell me, because I also can't do it alone.

I too became really bad in school when I got hooked.

I wish you the best of luck!

I'm using my to do list as a guide to stay busy, praying and reading the bible to stay strong and motivated, walking to grow stamina, so I can start running and using this forum.

It is always wise to determine what your triggers are first and then determine the healthiest ways to deal with them.
