Honestly dude, don't waste time thinking of how to be bigger etc.

I dwelled on my size for most of my teen years, I developed a skewed idea of what is normal through watching too much porn. It's a very hard thing to break that frame of mind, but I just decided "oh to hell with it, this is my piece, who cares".
And if on the off chance you are smaller than average, just master the art of foreplay and it really won't matter what size you are.

I am also 17 and have noticed all around increase in length, girth, hardness, etc. This is a bi-product of the nofap lifestyle but is a minor detail in my experiences. Dont worry too much about penis size - your motives should be beyond that. Dont worry about other people and accept yourself how you are. Work on improving your mindset and outlook, then the insecurity about physical attributes will fade.
