    Your remarks are without knowing the actual amount.Its very very concentrated! Some are produced only by the body No way you can recover it in days.just saying

    the daily value is smal. if you ejaculate that for 3 times a day, everyday will make a difference in minerals in your body.

    Not all minerals on there, and any mineral lost in big amounts effects the body.minerals daily value is small but loss depletes you .we are talking semen here,the purest form of nutrition,you lose trucks loaded.it will take days for body to replinish.other things ain't even on menu.in what small meal do you get so much zinc,daily value will do nothing when depleted.other compounds in same and compounds created by body can't be eaten in meals.thanks!

    Besides zinc i know zinc is pretty big but only 25 percent in daily value.

    These are all in very trace amounts compared to what would have any effect from a physiological perspective. Not really worth all the hoopla.

    The reason im on nofap is it caused me to lose my gains.i can literally notice it.ejaculation surely has effects physiologically.its concentrated trace amounts,with an ephasis on 'concentrated'
    in regards to nutrition its enough to cause energy loss.people who abstain from porn feel a spike in energy levels.something's going on.our society is ignorant on it for it feels good.

    I just saw ur comment on another thread where that person said about gym,confidence and stuff.u seem like a hypocrit to me.if its good go do it.and never complain it doesn't make you a pussy.

    I'm not sure what you mean by hypocrite. I don't believe semen retention maintains any significant level of vital nutrients. I've never said otherwise in any post.

    I would be far more concerned about hormonal imbalances than nutrients being list in semen. If you are that worried about them, go eat an Eagle egg at the top of a cliff to replenish your eagle powers.

    The nutrients lost could easily be replaced with a supplement or by eating more foods containing the lost nutrients. I think the bigger concern is with the dopamine hits. Those are what can cause swings in how you feel overall and the only cure for that is to abstain and let your body restore a normal baseline.

    The enzymes and things that the body has to build, so to speak, that are lost in ejaculatory fluid could cause a negative effect on overall physiology, but I'm not 100% certain by what degree.

    I think this is a wrong platform for my argument.i have researched into this topic quite long now and is the reason im being so sure.i also feel the average person is far away from the light of truth on this.recovering nutrients and enzymes are not as easy as people are claiming here but i don't want to argue any longer.anyways,thanks for ur feedback.

    Humble yourself. Its more in the dopamine that causes and makes you tired. The dopamine from porn. And also you feel so tired and depressed after ejaculation is because after you orgasm the huge dopamine levels does really low so you feel depressed and tired. And high dopamine causes almost all the side effects of PMO. The only mineral that you lose more is zinc which would only be 20 percent of a average person daily value which you can eat a meal or take a supplement to get it back (Unless you ejaculate several times a day). The minerals are only 10 percent of the side effects. Why not instead of posting a random list of minerals and substances why not also post the amount of it in MG average?

    Yeah dopamine hits are a bitch.thing is,semen is highly concentrated.even if one eats those nutrients or enzymes in a meal or in as a supplement,it takes quite long to recover.i understand western scientists are biased on this topic saying otherwise but as i said biased.the identity of semen is different than coz its the last stage of our food digestion,this is where everything is stored which is furthen taken back to bones,muscles and brain for further use. Anyways,thanks for your feedback.

    Oh, I know Western scientists are biased. They all preach that there's nothing wrong with masturbating to your heart's content. I disagree with them. I generally agree with what you're saying overall, but my concern is with dopamine more than anything. The nutrient loss just adds another factor to the equation and it all comes out to a bottom line that states we really should stop jacking off all the time.
     
  20. I concur with OP.
    There is no way you can replace these most important nutrients with supplements. A the body doesn't absorb them very well because it's not broken down like food, B semen re-absorption is the real key to health. People tend to forget sperm is what is necessary to recreate LIFE ITSELF. There's no way a good multivitamin (or a clean diet for that matter) will replace these nutrients (fast enough) thinking so is absolutely ignorant.
