I think it is natural to masturbate as long as it is without porn, to relieve excessive tension.

 

I don't believe it is either. It is possible that M'ing can make your reboot time longer. Sometimes there are chaser effects and such. That being said, this journey is yours and you have to determine how you want it to work for you. I would say just create some rules and goals and see how things go. I would agree with my husband that I don't think it's sinful but I would add that we both believe it can be very harmful in a relationship. In fact we have both agreed that M stole sexual energy from our marriage resulting in less sex for us together. As a result we have both agreed not to M and save that for when we have sex.

So in my mind that's a significant area of harm.

 

I have searched a lot on this and honestly, porn and masturbation are two separate things that complement each other. I know the entire world wanks,but i have seen more than enough guys suffering from ill-effects of masturbation without porn ever came into their life. Those guys include myself.

If it were natural to masturbate, you would have lubricant oozing out of your hands. Now there is one place that has natural lubricant where your penis is meant to go.... and that is a vagina

 

If you replace the words " to relieve excessive tension".......With " feed my addiction with a hit of dopamine"..... then your sentence is accurate
