So despite not having a history of masturbation, I've experienced the symptoms of PMO for most of my life. I joined this site in order to find out what could be causing these symptoms and found that my phone/internet usage could be processed a similar way in my brain as a PMO addiction. This is because both cause unnatural spikes of dopamine. After having a spent a week with minimal phone and internet usage beside schoolwork and a weekend with no phone/internet usage whatsoever, I can report that most of my symptoms vanished during this time. I felt full of life and energy, my skin and eyes glowed, my hair became silky, I grew taller and muscular, etc all during the period of this week. I was curious to see if anybody else has experience with this? If so I think it's something the community as a whole should be made aware of, where we minimize technology use solely for work and social means.

Another thing I'll add is that I had no wet or even sexual dreams during my nophone week. I had extremely vivid and innocent dreams that made me think of my childhood. However I relapsed yesterday and used my phone for more or less the entire day and had 2 wet dreams last night. I remember most of what I dreamt about, and it all had to do with sex.

This is like the BBing forum but with some non-shitty advice and legitimate banter.

@Grlt, you are not addicted to masturbation or porn, although you may have a digital device addiction. Wet dreams are completely irrelevant. You can neither become addicted to them nor induce them from everyday interactions in your life.
It is a physical impossibility to grow "taller and muscular, etc all during the period of this week" to the extent that you can see it. I do not know if your issues are psychosomatic but things like glowing eyes and silky hair are just preposterous!
Next, you will be regaling us with 'evidence' that you have technology induced erectile dysfunction! Please play elsewhere.

If I notice the benefits I mentioned I'll take before and after pictures the next time I go on notechnology. I will say though that i feel like I only get wet dreams on days where I use technology for the bulk of the day. And then I feel dead the next day
