Transforming

I think it's kind of a mental health issue. At least I've been looking at it that way recently. I have existing mental issues though so maybe that is why it's that way for me? However, it seems to be a bad way to deal with things for a lot of people. Stress, anxiety, depression can lead to fapping. Much like mental health problems are brain will trick us into going down the old familiar paths over and over again with not a care for the harm and destruction is causes us. The brain will lie to us and convince us that it's ok to do it again, that it will be fun, pleasurable, not really that bad, everybody does it, etc, etc. However, in a clear healthy state of mind, you realize that the cons outweigh the pros and that porn and masturbation lead to unhappiness and unfulfillment.

Unfortunately, that is about as far as I go, lol. I don't know the easy fix?

 

take it a day at a time.At least thats what I am doing.Try benefiting from the Bible and meditating on Gods love.This will keep your mind focused on things that matter
