I have started my no pmo journey and i wanted to know which books i should read during this and also any books to boost confidence while talking to girls in general. I have a zero confidence when it comes to talking to girls. Thank you for the help.

  2. Just expose yourself to situations and conversations with the opposite sex, best way to get confidence

Read anything and everything its all good.
I personally like scifi (i never found any of the 'build confidence" books helpful however throwing myself in the deep end with women did)

    Goodluck

Check out "The Red and the Black" by Stendahl.

    It's all so real!

  6. Focus on improving yourself. The rest will follow. The above texts are the heart of communicating with anyone and everyone. Girls are just people. If you are a complete, confident person then exuding a natural sense of charisma and becoming a social magnet is inevitable if you cultivate yourself as an individual.

"Intimate Connections" by David Burns, "What the hell do women really want?" by Dr. Clark, "Are you the one for me?" by Barbara de Angelis, "Letting go" by Tracy Cabot. The first two are about dating and self-esteem, the 3rd is about choosing the right mate, the 4th is about dealing with break-ups and unrequited love.

No problem. If you are really serious about improving your relationships and self-image I'd say these are the best books, they are from the 90s but still very much ahead of their time.

  13. Older books are gems. It seems like the older they are the wiser they are for real.

I've noticed that too. I've been working a lot with self-help books to improve myself and I noticed the best books were written in the 90s and before. Forgotten gems.

  15. Indeed, and hidden treasures.
