Does 90 days No PMO has a great effect on PIED?

I have been suffering of PIED for like 3-4 years and I have been wondering if the effects are worthy or not. Currently, I have 54 days no PMO and I see great results, but I expect much more, so I'm wondering by the time I hit 90 there will be another improvements?

Did you try to have sex? How do you know that you're not already healed?

I did not, I'm single and I'm scared that if I get a girlfriend and if we want to have sex and I can't be hard, I will be very ashamed...

I'm on day #28 now hard mode, I really want to believe that I will be healed once I get to 45. One way or another, after day #45, I will start going out with girls again, and just maybe have a normal sex for the first time of my life. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will. I will probably feel depression.
Anyways, I will keep fighting PMO for the rest of my life, one day at a time.

I would like to know the answer to this as well. My partner has PIED delayed ejaculation and he went 30 days hard mode and was able to ejaculate with a combination of oral and a hand job but it still took over an hour! We tried again a few days later and after an hour I gave up. I mean is it that we can only have it happen every month for him to orgasm? Thanks in advance. This is killing our sex life and making me question if I want to stay with him.

All I can tell you is from my own experience, I'm on day 59 and I'm seeing slow improvements. As I figured, this would be a gradual thing. It's encouraging enough, though, that I believe this works and I will eventually be healed. But it takes true determination and no cheating on the reboot.

Keep in mind, there are many variables that apply to each person differently. We all have different body chemistry, have engaged in different levels and frequencies of P and M, and are at different stages of our lives. Some people have admitted it took them over a year of rebooting to finally be healed.

Truthfully, I think a 90 day reboot is the best thing one can do before they start questioning their progress or testing their limits in any way.

Over a year? WOW! That means I still need a lot of patience. Thanks for your answer!

I see some improvements, I don't know how healed I am, but I'm certainly more confident around girls. Maybe confidence is also an answer for healing ED.
