    Hey Guys,

I have tried out the NoFap "challenge" for 2 month. I have to say that i did not saw it as a challenge because i am not addicted to porn or Masturbation, I do it whenever I want and i can stop it whenever i want , so i didnt had any relapses. When i said myself i'm gonna do it , I just did it , period.

I watch Porn since i was 13 /14 years old. Sometimes i fapped with porn, sometimes without. Now i am 21 and i just read about the benefits of NoFap for example : more energy, concentration improvements, confidence and so on .

So i just thought i give it a try ... Since i started it i really felt nothing at all. I still feel tired , i think i am even more tired after this 2 month challenge .
I have to say i eat very clean , i try always to watch that i take my organis vitamins and mireals ( not the artificcial supplements that you find in most stores).

Well does someone have the same experience with that.
Excuse my englisch i am from Germany :p

    Greeets.

Good that you did two months! Did you avoid the full PMO or still watched P sometimes during the 2 months?

It depends on the intent and what feelings you experienced in response to it.

A lot of persons post messages like yours and without more detail it's impossible to know. Could you be addicted to something else? Eg alcohol, smoking, computer games, hard drugs, food, gambling, television, etc? Have you seen a doctor and could you have a medical problem? Are you under a lot of stress? Is something else significant going on in your life?

Nofap is not the answer to everything. The only thing that we proclaim is that Nofap is better than fap. But if your health problem is not fixed after Nofap, get it checked out by a doctor.

Most of the benefits only come if you were addicted before you started Nofap. Even though you dont feel any benefits don't go back, even if porn doesn't affect you like it does the rest of us it can still ruin your relationships now/future. Be thankful you didnt get addicted and never play around with it again becuase your always at risk. Congrats on 2 months though!
