This has always been a question for me.

    Any thoughts?

Let's say hypothetically searched up a triggering word on snapchat but didn't see anything and got the high(foggy, etc). Would it be a relapse?

I think only if you were seeking it out would I consider it a relapse.

For example I was watching this video about low testosterone and they had this segment where the penis ejaculates into a vagina crosssection. I got really turned on. I then had the urge to scan their videos page for other arousing videos like childbirth or conception (is it weird that I'd find that arousing? the animations were of a really hi quality?).

I had to tell myself "no". It wasn't porn per se but was fulfilling that fix that I was craving.

You dont get brain fog from getting dopamine. You get brain fog over repeatedly getting it

No they're not. They slow progress for a few days, but nothing to reset over. It's best to avoid those triggers for the remainder of your reboot. Obviously.

its not a relapse, but its counter productive.

dopmaine isnt evil and our goal is not to be dopamine free. you get dopamine release from eating healthy foods, from laughing with friends, from acheiving goals etc

the goal is to rewire our brain to a healthy lifestyle, mindset and attitudes. so dont worry about dopamine as such. just cut out activities that are bad for you and release dopamine, so your neural circuits can heal.
