using nofap . com to much?

I visit at least once a day since i have a 90 day journal that I update daily. I also check when i'm lonely/depressed/bored to see if i can help others.

 

I'm on forums way too much. On internet in general really. That's another addiction I will have to deal with eventually.

Porn has been substituted with NoFap. Just another 2D stimulation that's preventing me from getting away and do things that will help me expand who I am. Trying to cut back on it now that I'm cured of this porn addiction, just need to stay away from it, and get on with my life.

 

Honestly, I've cut a lot of things out of my life. This is one of the few communities I feel where I belong and where I can relate to others. I come here probably twice a day at most and I post random thoughts in my journal. When I'm drunk I've been posting in my journal as well, so I guess you could say I really love this website.

 

Okay this is interesting.

I don't think that any of nofappers should feel bad about using nofap.com website too much.The truth is we don't have anyone to whom we can talk to without feeling ashamed.People don't understand us but here at this forum we all are together,we cry together we celebrate each other's success together.It is like a rehab centre for porn addicts.we can vent here but if we vent to any normal person about our porn addiction he will think what freak or weirdo.So no i don't agree that there should be considered overuse of this forum for porn addicts but yes sitting 24 hours on your pc on this forum can be serious.But nah,if i open this forum 50 times a day just for short intervals i will not feel guilty nor should you all.

 

I have a blocker on my phone that turns all websurfing and social aps off at 10pm-9am.. except for this website and my email.

So im on here 2x a day. When a wake up lying in bed not wanting to get up. And when i crash b4 i goto bed. Yes i should get up and meditate 1st thing. But if I only have 2 distractions to chill this website is way better than even reading the news. And i think its gotten me more time pmo free than anything else ive ever tried.

 

This forum is literally a crutch to help overcome your problem. So in that sense i wouldn't worry about using it too much (I'm probably here about twice a day). Obviously there is a balance in that going to a place where porn addiction is the primary topic can make it harder not to think about porn. But like @Fightthedevil said, we don't really have other places to seek a supportive community of people with the same issue. It's not odd or unhelpful to like that.
