Well, the battle begins.

  1. This is day one for me on NoFap. My friend told me about it and how it helped him to stop watching porn. I struggle with a pretty bad porn addiction. It's a constant battle. I can't even look at a girl without thinking about sex or porn. It's ruining my life. I need to stop. I want to stop masturbating and watching porn for good. I believe this community will help me a lot talking with other People who struggle with it, not only for accountability but also support. So if this is day one for you too, let's tackle this together. Let's get rid of this nasty addiction, not only for our significant others, but for ourselves too thank you and let's do this together.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

  4. My current strategy which is working well is to keep myself occupied. In the times it would hit me to do it I make sure that I am busy doing something to keep my mind off it. It had worked well with me but the temptation is real. It's worse than it was when I was doing it. But I'm day three without pmo and I can tell it's been a little bit. But I'm pulling through. Thanks
