    Hello guys out there, I am 19 years male from college. I am watching porn and masturbating since 14.
    Actually after ejaculation i feel very bad of myself. Since 16 i am trying to stop these things but i relapses after one week and again the same story repeats. I am studying in the college where everybody have personal laptop so it is very easy to get pornography material just take your drive to the guy he will just copy the material and i am on. I found this nofap website on of the video so i logged in today to start no relapsing nofap journey.
