THERE IS HOPE FOR EVERYONE. FOR ME I CONTROL MY EXCITEMENT THROUGH PRAYING A LOT!!
THIS HELPS ME AND MAKES ME FEEL MORE DISGUSTED TO PORN.

TRY PRAYING AND LIMIT EVERYTHING WITHIN YOUR REACH WHICH CAN MAKE YOU THINK OF PORN!!!

I have been masturbating since i was 13 and it has been 8 years since. I have been experiencing all of these symptoms but my question is if i stop doing it will I be able to rehabilitate and recover back. My bones does feel weak , will it start getting better. I used to have a perfect vision but now i wear glasses. I have pain in my lower back too will this all start to get better . I seriously want to get back being fit and normal not a lazy shabby man. What should i do??

Hi everyone. Well, I'm a female, and I've been masturbating excessively since the age of 8 or 9. Now I'm 26. Unfortunately, or luckily, Peter does make a lot of sense to me with all of his allegations. Last summer I felt reborn though, when I forced myself to stop doing it for like 3 months. I was happy, I was looking fresh, pretty, I could actually focus on things, and so on. And, of course, after summer I started doing it again, and am still going in circles with my mood swings and ADHDlike symptoms. Also, I'm an athlete all my life, always looked slim and super fit, with no trace of cellulite or skin sagging, or wrinkles. But man oh man, since I hit 25 I am noticing my body and face changing, cellulite appearance, and all those signs of premature aging. I'm trying to figure how to replenish the lost collagen in my body, as I am 100% certain my over-masturbation is the main culprit of it. I mean, I'm only 26, and I'm in sports all my life, always in gym, running, eating really healthy. . .I have no clue what to do anymore. But from today on, my first step will be to stop masturbating completely. Only sex with my partner, 'cause I barely ever experience any orgasm there lol :D

You are absolutely right about teeth. I will tell you from my experience, I had a bit of tooth decay but it never hurt but when I relapsed suddenly in a day it started paining. Some may say its just coincidence but it happened with me twice, two different time, two different tooth! And the fact that they were bit decayed, I could feel pain within a day. Mate, my tooth is still aching from my past relapse and can't sleep.. I need a dentist :(

Nothing like fake news on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

I would encourage the TC to post scientific evidence for all his claims and stop using scare tactics.

Non excessive masturbation by itself is okay, especially for males who are at risk for prostate cancer later on in life.

We are all here on this forum because we all got addicted to pornography at one point in our lives, and we're looking to break that addiction because we've all come to realize how negatively it can affect our interpersonal relationships.

Pornography is the enemy here, not masturbation.

    Stop spreading propaganda.

NoFap is not an anti-masturbation website. A clear majority of NoFap’s users and administrators alike agree that there’s nothing inherently wrong with masturbation. A small number of users may believe otherwise, perhaps due to their moral principles, but find NoFap’s broad-minded approach works better for them than the moralistic focus of “chastity” websites that dot the Internet. NoFap does not encourage lifelong abstinence from masturbation or sexual behavior. Rather, we encourage our users to abstain for a period of time for the duration of their reboots—typically around ninety days. While some abstain for longer periods of time—even for life—most of our users then return to masturbation having freed themselves of the need to use pornography. Our users choose what is healthiest for them and best serves their goals.

I think you're talking about personal experience and opinion, rather than 'resarch'.
    Please have a look: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_method

EDIT: I answered spontanously to OP not being aware that there's already a fierceful discussion about the matter taken place and about what Science says or which role it plays... NO, I don't want to take part in this!

So as long as its not excessive, there is nothing wrong with masturbation by itself. In fact, it's GOOD and healthy for men to regularly masturbate for the betterment of the prostate. That is a statement backed by actual scientific studies.

Masturbating with porn, however, is a different story altogether and something which should be avoided at all costs.

My body naturally releases semen for the 'Betterment of the prostate' with a little thing called Wet Dreams. The body does its thing naturally without you doing it, which is how it suppose to work. Send me some bullshit studies then.

  18. You seen some benefits?

  19. To contrast with the original post... My younger brother started masturbation at a similar age to me (around 13 or 14) and he's over 6 feet with 2 inches tall. This statistic leaves me at a nice 5 feet and 7 inches short.
