Given the connection that a LOT of users get skin conditions, mainly sore painful boils, due to chronic masturbation, I have taken it upon myself to study this phenomenon and make myself a guinea pig in this experiment for self study and self liberation.

Many men have failed at this quest, though, I have placed a block on any and all sexualized material, I have initiated my NoFap counter today in hopes to keep tabs on my progress, AND I will be taking a break from television, due to it's over sexualized advertising to men.

I am doing my best to stop this chronic problem waring upon my body in hopes to rid myself of a condition that has plagued me for years. Thus gaining my life back and taking charge of my future.

I will have domain over this vessel no matter what it takes.

I have also discarded my illegal drugs and paraphernalia for the same reason.

I am driving forward to cleanse my system of self hate and abuse.

I want my life back and come hell or high water, victory will be mine!

since each human is different in chemistry, this is the only approach I have not tried yet to void myself of this condition. many conditions are attributed to masturbation and since the human body is a delicate balancing act every thing crashes like dominoes

yesterday was a breeze for nofap. It's that days later in the week is what will try and get ya

 

for the little while I have been at this I have seen a decrease in infection and inflammation in general areas of discomfort. symptoms seem to be easing off gradually.

as for urges... my wife is hot so it's difficult, but for porn, it's all blocked and no tv or sexualized movies, never had an urge yet.

though I do get those stray thoughts and internal whispers saying "knock out out just for fun, it will feel good" NO! fu*k off little horny devil, this is my time. go away
