    Hey guys.
So i started this experiment at the 1st of may because i hadnt seen any sense in fapping and watching porn anymore. orgasms almost felt like nothing by this point because my body was used to it. i found out that many people say not to fap a lot of benefits so started to do a change.

after 1 month now i said to myself "man, is masturbating that bad? the real evil is porn"
i watched porn everyday and mainly they are about abusing women. that's not real life what you see right there.
I started to think to fap again just on the weekends to relax but to stop watching porn in general. what do you think?

  2. Depends on you mate. For example it is very hard for me to even masturbate without porn. I have serious issues and I'm trying really hard. I was thinking about only masturbating without porn and tried it, but it still makes me feel sick. I believe I have to kill off the both habits from my life.
If you think that only porn is your problem and masturbating doesn't mess you up, you're free to act as you will. But decide carefuly!

When your brain will be fully rebooted there will be no problems in doing that.
I was still perfectly able to masturbate without porn when I started, I was lucky.

For me, masturbation and porn go together. If I start doing one, I eventually start doing the other. Every time.

So if you're trying to quit porn, you may need to quit masturbation, but not necessarily.

I've always wondered though if the mental images in one's mind are just a p-sub. Or are guys who mastubate just thinking about porn while they are doing it? If so, is that healthy?

Thread title plus your profile pic made me shit bricks, thanks a ton man I needed that :emoji_joy:

  7. Every time you fap you are giving yourself an excuse to not go out there in real life and meet real girls. It does not matter if you are watching porn or not you are still fapping alone in your bedroom which is a bit sad if you think about it no offence. We all should be out there meeting real people not having a quick dopamine fix from a fap session.

I used to fap a lot and I realised that it made me lazy I did not feel like going out there and meeting people. I even had opportunities to have sex with real girls but because I kept fapping off I was fulfilling my desires so I just did not feel horny enough to do anything with a real girl. The loneliness will get to you eventually…

So what do you want to do really? Hide away in your bedroom fapping off on a weekend wondering why you can’t get a GF? Or do you want to stop fapping and be a man who goes after what he really wants?

The choice is yours, you create your own reality.

FYI excessive fapping is like castrating yourself look at all the people who have PIED and ED on here.

  8. Don't do that. You Will fall into compulsive fapping again.

Wait till you think you are ready, 90+ days at least. Overconfidence kills streaks.

I suffer from erectile disfunction and am wondering if it came from excessive fapping or porn? Or both?

Hmm, man, should you fap? If you find any point in doing that, that is reasonable. But, masturbation is kinda addiction that combined with pornography, so are you able to achieve an orgasm without Porn, in my case, I can't. Because for me, it is not masturbation and its high feeling that maked me go crazy but the porn itself does it. You know, you find a scene but you are not pleased at that point then you jump by clicking for hours.

But wait, if, in your case, masturbation stops from watching porn, which you don't do more than one or two times per week. Well, that is okey. In my opinion. But I cannot do it. So this does not mean it will not help you.

    Good luck

No, you are not alone. Our brains are more open triggers and get stimulated when we are addicted to porn. This is what makes it "addiction". Every addictive behaviour or stimulant can grab you back into the compulsive behaviour. I do not know if M makes you a "male" when you do it constantly. So for me, I care about my test. Level. You should see this.

  16. Both. The more you do either one the worse it will get. The only way to start the healing process is by stopping now and taking a break. Reboot.

  17. Total removal of porn or triggering images is essential to a man's growth and health. I have struggled with trying to eliminate masturbation from my life, but cutting the PMO should be a first step. Everybody is different, so if you can't make 90 days without it, maybe you should aim for 2 or 3 days or whatever you need to get yourself started. Then see how much M you need, with an eye on keeping it an occasional thing, if not eliminating it altogether.
