It is my fifth day of nofap after relapsing and determined to be free from PMO in june

 

I'm in. Over a month with no clear time goal, but June is cool.
PM, but O not by choice for now

 

Alright here we go! This may be the hardest month of them all for me, but I won't give up! I am determined to be the one in control and not the porn. Fight it guys! Fight it!

 

I think committing to a goal as a group is great. I think it may help me to avoid relapse, and I need all the help I can get. Good luck to us all!
I hope we can all make it through till end of the month. I've been a member of nofap since 8/10/16 and have yet to realize my goal of being 90 days PMO free.
I'm currently 8 days into another attempt and feeling optimistic.
