Its OK. I too left every social media accounts and now the time which i used to spend in the social media, that time i remain on NoFap and here i feel extremly motivated than being in useless social media.

 

Yes, semi naked and sexy pictures on IG is porn at its best. But I wouldnt consider being on social media useless. You can even make money with it. You just need to see the opportunities farther than just sexy girls on it.

Go watch youtube videos, read books, download games. Tbh I still use IG a lot at the toilet too. I do not really like to approach the whole porn thing like people in monk mode, that they totally avoid sexy pictures and women. For me, the goal is to get used to these pictures without thinking on jerking off to them. I see them as just pictures and I let them to strenghten my mind and will power. To be in 100% control of my mind when the urges are coming. This might be someway harder than just avoiding them, but you cant win a war by just hiding from the enemy. Porn is in our everyday life and it will find you in every ways. I think its better to build up enough confidence to deal with these situations in life.

 

Day 9? Do you feel this is a small streak? You should believe in your streak. You are doing this for a purpose right?. If you think its ok i will start from monday..NO..you will again fail if you will keep this mentality, beacuse your mind will make same excuse in your next streak. Just be honest to your streak and stay strong.

That is so true you can't trully avoid it. All main stream media has pornography in it of varying degrees. I was on the internet listening to music and all of a suden unexpectedly a pop up to a porn site appeared. You can't trully avoid it but you can manage yourself better.

 

I think atleast for 90 days, we must avoid these things.

 

Social media is a total waste of time anyways. Its just mental masturbation. Stay away from the computer for a while. Keeping in the physical world and doing things in real life will help your progress through this.
