    Seriously F@$KKKKKK that was cold!!! It practically took more willpower to go through with that than it did to prevent myself no-PMO'ing!
    Loved the warm towel at the end though :emoji_hugging:

    I remember my first cold shower some weeks ago. 30 seconds of torture. Fixed a big watch next to the shower with a large second hand and made it next time to 45 seconds. Since 3 weeks I daily have cold shower 2-3 minutes, the first 30 seconds are always the most uncomfortable. Afterwards I always feel very refreshed. No idea if it helps to resist the urges - I just enjoy the refreshment.

    I never take hot showers anymore, its been a great choice!

    I think I was too used to hot water being secured. Cold showers don't seem that shocking to me.

    I did try this morning. It definetely reinforce your will and deepen your breathe. I felt a thin layer of protection against the cold afterwards. Will try again tomorrow to last longer
