    So past 2 days i had 2 wet dreams(the first time in my life)And i am 13 years old,so this made me think If nofap is truly necessary right now.what you guys think,is nofap good for all ages or i should wait more?

    Why do your recent wet dreams make you wonder if nofap is necessary right now? What are your reasons for doing nofap? Wet dreams are simply your body's way of keeping itself healthy. There is nothing wrong with having them.

    trust me your not too young i was 12 when i started and if i could just talk to my younger self and tell him all the bad things pmo will cause in the future.
