    Hello. I'm Charles from the Philippines. This is my journey on NoFap. Hope this gets well for me. Btw, I was born in the 90s and learned M when I was in high school. I believe this would help me become a better person. I have tried not to PMO for 26 days before. Hope I could continue this journey with you. :)

    My strategies for combating the enemy is being busy all the time and having a stroll outdoors. =) Hope I could have more friends and possible an accountability group. Thanks for the welcome, D.J. =)
