Day 18 = Completed. Phew, no edging at all, hit the gym earlier than usual today. However, urges are still strong.

    Day 51

The habit is broken. I would say I'm done but there are people on here who are so much more committed than just 51 days in, so I will continue on. This site is like some sort of bomb that disrupts the momentum of the PMO habit. Before coming here I had attempted to stop so many times that I just gave up. Now I can't understand why I had so much trouble. I will keep coming back to check in as often as I think of it but it probably won't be every day.

For everyone that is starting, keep going. For everyone that is going, push harder. For everyone that is pushing harder, don't stop. It is a long road but it isn't an impossible journey. Give yourself grace but also give yourself a hard time too. You need to change and too much leniency will prevent that change. Too much hardness will stifle your hope. Finding that balance is like learning to ride a bike, once you get it right you will fall a few times, but eventually you'll ride on without thinking about it. Train your body and it will take over for you eventually.

This habit encompasses so much of your person that you end up feeling as though if you stop, it will somehow kill a part of you. You wouldn't think that with other bad habits. Drinking even doesn't feel as deep. But if you can get past the bodily urges, the mental barriers and the emotional tripe, you'll enter a place where it becomes habit to NOT masturbate or look at porn. Get there and your battle will be a small daily skirmish that is easily won.

It usually takes 66 days to break a habit. I'd suggest you keep going and going. Don't get too pompous at any cost and always remember how bad of an enemy PMO was. Be conscious and aware and by the wya, congratulations on breaking the habit. Hope to reach there soon too.

I'm almost done with 3 weeks and I feel too sleepy and unenergetic somehow, still have sexual urges so not flatline but I feel dead and emotionless throughout the day, why is this?

I know how hard this is, everyone. Please stay strong, even when you feel weak and feel like you cannot take another step like I have so many times in the past, please just give yourself a moment to reflect about how unbearably horrible and in agony you will feel if you give up on yourself and relapse. Think about who you want to be and how you want your life to change, and especially think about who you do not want to be and this life and pain that you do not want anymore. Let this pain push you forward instead of letting it break you down, cry and scream if you must, do whatever you can to get through this life and soul killing disorder. I believe in all of you guys.

I'm new to this website, I'm on day 2 of the 30 day challenge I set myself, it really motivates me to see people who have reached such a high number of days without Pmo, I hope everyone here reaches their goals, I'm gonna do this and so are you!

90 days already, it was hard at first but i made it. Now, i dont feel fully rebooted, i think it will take much longer than 90 days, since i PMOed for more than 20 years... But this is something i thought i could never achieve, i feel better than ever fisically and emotionally, i feel much better with myself... So lets go for another 90, and see what happens. Still in the fight!!!

7 days in. Don't want to fall off wagon again and adopting zero tolerence edging strategy but looking forward and not obsessing about streak length either.
