A thought about "induced" social anxiety

I was thinking about if the induced social anxiety is limited to porn, or too much use of computer and internet have a fault in that too, can porn addiction be just one more level of internet addiction, i remember when i was younger and don't use the computer i was extrovert and energic, later on i own a computer and became somehow addicted and extremly shy and introvert, what do you guys think?

I think that internet does not necessarily induce social anxiety. I think that porn use or simply musterbating without porn can induce stress on the body because you are ejaculating important stuff. If you lose sexual energy by ejaculating by yourself. You lose bunch of sexual energy and sexual motivation. Sexual energy for man is a form of vitality without vitality who wants to hangout with you?
