How old are you? If you are still a teen, then yeah, you have more than enough jing to spare. You probably wouldn't notice a difference and your brain is still growing.

If not, I would suspect that maybe you've been edging. Can you elaborate on what you did for those six months?

By the date you specified, you should have noticed some changes, even a minor one. Try to remember what improvement have you gained! Jot it down in a journal? or a notebook. As you go, you will see rapid change. So, the improvement is incremental.
Another sign of the positive state you should have achieved is if the reverse would happen. So, if a relapse happens, then you would feel the deterioration in many aspects, relationships, confidence, energy ... etc.
So, think about the little thing you got so far.... you must know it than I could articulate it...... then be patient....... Falling is much quicker than building!

 

Only those who had a problem with circle jerking should refrain. I never quite got to that stage of involvement with others so I will just continue to observe.

There are obvious benefits to abstaining from porn use and obvious negative effects from using it, but I do agree having read some of the stuff on here that many people do seem to talk out of their arses and are a little over the top.

 

Being free of P&M is its own benefit.
