Yeah few people are suffering with this problem because they watch porn video in night time at dark place. Few of them are lay on the bed to watch the film in mobile. It also causes the problem.

Bro i had have the same problem. I taught i saw only the one who experience that . I felt like zombie after watching p. And got headache like migraine. That pain is too hard and how it Feel like is done a realy bad bad thing in my whole life. And i couldn't control myself in that time . I experienced it about two years ago . It could be connected with chaser effect - especially if problem occures at the next day morning. Think also about duration of your usuall porn session. If you spent a few hours watching this shit then you would feel extremely exhausted after that.

headaches are withdrawal symptom , that's your brain asking for pmo. headahes will go easily , stop pmo or any sexual stimulation for 15-20 days .your brain is addicted to pmo. you have to leave this habit , i am sure you will be having other issues apart from pmo. lets share your problems
