    I'm on day 6 of no pmo. Last night I got tempted to fap by viewing a non-erotic video & I couldn't sleep for some time because sexual fantasies started flowing in my mind. I promised to myself that I'm not going to fap even though fapping makes me sleep easily. So l lied there trying to overcome those thoughts & I was finally able to sleep.

    Try melatonin to help you get to sleep faster and always try to wear yourself out during the day. (Excercise/readIng)

  3. Hey man, fight the good fight! Don't give in, stay the course! If you need to get tired, try running or lifting weights, then taking a cool shower before bed! Not only is it good for you, but heightened testosterone levels will boost your energy, speed up recovery, and help you gain mass! Stay strong, Bro, and NoFap on!
