50+ days but results disappointing

    In the end, I guess it pools down to doing the right thing and hoping it'll work.

    Thanks for the comments and some interesting points. For me, I got over the porn habit a long time ago (although it would be wrong to say I'm never tempted). Problem is - the damage was done.
    Thankfully, my recent experiences (since my original post six weeks back) have been far better, coinciding nicely with reaching 90 days. Whether that 90 days thing is significant or coincidental I don't know - but I do know things are looking better and I can only assume that NoFap has been a big factor in that. I might yet have a setback but I'm thinking positively, and I am certainly going to continue with the NoFap - despite some serious temptations recently...

    That's absolutely awesome!

    I guess 90 days does provide the required mental shift to look things positively and I'm looking forward to it as well. Your comment on NoFap is very encouraging and I really hope it helps in my journey as well.

    Glad that I found this Thread.. Thanks for detailed information. I was looking for information and experiences for going beyond 50 days. I am in that league.. not having much expectations but want to get rid of PM. Thanks again...

    Hard to be sure - I guess another 30 days or so of NoFap may have made a difference; that's my best guess anyway.
