Hi, newbie here. This is my first day on nofap. I even thought they were a joke until a couple days ago. I had a moment of clarity in my life, realizing just how omnipresent porn had become for me. I will be attempting the 90 day challenge to see where I am as a person, and hopefully become a better me. I am also working on other things at the same time. Losing weight, I really want to get rid of my video game habit as well, as it goes hand in hand with porn for me.

I want to pick up a hobby or interest in my city, but I have no idea where to start. My only real interests in my life have become atheism, and base entertainment like vg/porn/tv/movies/sports. I have no idea how to occupy my time.

I appreciate that there is an atheist/agnostic group on this website, as on the front forum is a tad heavy-handed from religious anti-masturbation individuals. I respect what they are trying to accomplish for themselves here, but I'm here to get back to a healthy sexuality without mindless porn, and constant masturbation filling my time, essentially becoming my mode of entertaining myself as my pass time.

Hopefully we can be friends here.

Wanted to tell you this, nofap won't solve all the problems in life; but porn really degrades people and it will definitely make you a better person.
The journey is hard, and it is the easiest thing to slip into the "old times."

As for hobbies, try a something you haven't done or haven't really devoted much time to. Pick up a book, an instrument, or a sport. Maybe something will grab your interest.

Finally, keep up the streak! Try not to abandon your "discipline," as it will help you throughout.

Good luck and stay clear!
