After an infinite number of failures I realised the fact that I need to change my focus onto Christ instead of focusing on freedom from pornography
If I try and limit or remove my addiction,I might succeed for a short period or a long term depending on my willpower
But if I abide in Christ and my mind is focused on him always ,I'll live the best way possible not only in areas of addiction but in all areas of my life and Id get god's best in my life
Sure I'll get urges, but the pleasure of being in Christ nullifies the pleasure I derive from porn or my strong urge to look at a woman lustfully

No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him
I John 3 6

Today most churches focuses on 'maintaining our purity' to please God concept. But according to this concept we fail because we are humans and even the purest Christian will have a weak point. The more we strive to MAINTAIN PURITY THE MORE IS OUR TENDENCY TO SIN.

But if we truly abide in Christ we don have to 'lead a pure life' instead it's a part of being in Christ

The more we try to suppress sexual energy the more dangerous it ll become ,but if we could convert it into spiritual energy by being in close communion with Jesus throughout the day we d experience the peace of God always

At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures… But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.
