Been doing a pushup challenge, adding 5 pushups each week. This week I'm up to 30 pushups (in addition to other exercises). At this point, I can't do 30 straight through; I can do 25 (break) and do the other 5. While I'm still doing the overall number I challenged myself to, I'd like to be able to do them straight through. When I get to 100, I'd like to know that I can knock them at all at once. What should I do? Keep breaking them into smaller sets? Do I need to add additional sets until I can do them without pause? How do I build that type endurance? Thanks.
