Help. This addition is killing me. I have been watching porn for 7 years now. Two weeks ago, I gave up, but failed a week later. I really tried, but relapsed. I just watched porn and feel like crap. God help us.

4) Fight to regain your child ingenuity (To always think the best and funny side of situations and/or people)

5) Do not by any means open the slightiest chance to PMO monster, It will grab you and hunt you down until you are completly lost again.

6) Don't think too much, I had that at first I didn't PMO at the first days but I was still thinking about it most of the time. (that didn't helped me either)

7) Search for people connections and specially a stronger one like a girlfriend or a wife, but let those be love connections not just for sex. In my single days I searched for sex and that just kept me lost.

Patience is key! If you can't control cold turkey break addiction in chunks 7-7 days for 6 months. Then go two weeks for 6 months.
